THE NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTER OPENS UP IN MALAYSIA

On November 6th, BENCHMARK Medical Equipment opened up its Customer Experience Center with ALVO modular Operating Room (OR) solution, expecting around 700 visitors in the upcoming month.

The newly opened Customer Experience Center has been designed for customers and healthcare architects to generate problem solving solutions, boost teams collaboration and increase efficiency in the OR.

We believe that only by involving planners and surgical teams in the planning process, we can work out individual ergonomic solutions that will help surgeons collaborate, take diagnostic decisions and save lives. Drawings and visuals will never compare to live experience. This is how we work in our 7 locations – customers are welcome to come and play with technologies, test and try, plan and integrate”  - says Tadeusz Olszewski, President of ALVO.

Among the goals of the Customer Experience Center, according to Vishnu Ghandi, Marketing Manager at Benchmark Medical Equipment, is to provide customers with technical knowledge and promote epidemiological advantages of the ALVO modular OR technology. Presentations and workshops will include patient positioning on ALVO versatile operating tables and patient data management and devices control with the Alvo Integra OR management solution.
