The year 2017 has been a special year for Alvo so far, in many aspects: number and scale of new projects, processes optimization in the construction office, investments in our production facilities.

The strategy of growth through internal process improvement, regional diversification, and optimal use of intangible assets has proved to be the right one. On 1st October 2017 the Board of Alvo Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. announced the appointment of Dominik Czerwiński as Chief Executive Officer, in place of former CEO, Monika Owerko. Monika Owerko stays in the position of Chief Financial Officer at Alvo. Dominik Czerwiński has been with Alvo for 3 years, formerly as Production Director. He has a 13-year experience in industrial production. Earlier in his career, Dominik has been responsible for founding Production Planning and Control Division, using Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology among others. In 2017, Dominik Czerwiński has graduated from Aalto Executive MBA.

“We are thrilled to give Dominik the steering wheel. During his 3-year experience with Alvo, he and his team have introduced many improvements, reorganizing production processes, optimizing supply chain and logistics. The sustained development of the production division Dominik has based on the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and we hope he will continue using his Black Belt experience (lean) managing the whole Company. With Dominik’s understanding of internal processes as well as international markets, I am confident he can lead Alvo towards improved overall efficiency, in order to secure the Company’s sustainable growth in the next years” – says Tadeusz Olszewski, President of the Board, Alvo Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.
